Description/Job Summary

Our Private Funds group is looking for private investment fund / venture capital Staff Attorney with 0-4 years of experience to join a dynamic funds practice in our Palo Alto office.

The Staff Attorney will assist other attorneys in advising venture capital investors on venture capital investments and related matters, as well as advising on the formation of private equity and hedge funds. In addition to reviewing investment documentation, the Staff Attorney will draft investment fund ancillary and other legal documentation. 

Candidates of all backgrounds will be considered, but CA Bar admittance by 12/15/21 is required.
