The Legal Technology Product Analyst will serve as the primary point-person for specific legal practice technology solutions and serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and the vendor(s). The Legal Technology Product Analyst must learn and be fully versed in these platforms so that they can conduct demos, create and maintain training/user guides, and provide trainings. This is a vendor management and client-facing role so they must have outstanding communication, presentation skills in addition to sound technical skills and be customer service oriented. As needed, the Legal Technology Product Analyst will also provide attorneys and paralegals across the Firm with technical advice and support in connection to other practice technologies.
Responsibilities/Duties
Prepare product presentations and conduct product demos for lawyers and clients
Create user guides and other training documentation, provide product trainings, and draft regular communication to promote awareness and adoption around the products
Coordinate on-boarding process of legal teams, clients and vendor and provide on-going support to legal teams and clients using the platform
Track technical issues, provide first-line support and escalate to vendors as necessary to ensure resolution
Work with vendors to implement feature requests
Monitor product usage and gather product feedback from users
Support repositories for content collaboration among different parties
Liaise between the legal teams, vendors and other Firm support teams to ensure support of practice-specific systems
If products involve subscription pricing arrangements, administer all aspects of such client engagements, including coordinating client invoicing with legal teams and the Finance Department
Administer, support and monitor due diligence document review platforms
Administer, support and monitor document automation solutions
Create and administer matter-specific case management databases
Support task management solutions
Report daily activities as directed
Perform other practice support duties as assigned
Required Skills

Required Experience
Minimum of five years of relevant experience required
Experience working both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
Working knowledge of Closing Folders, eBrevia, and HighQ
Microsoft 365 experience (i.e. Teams, Sharepoint, Power Automate, Power Apps)
