Description/Job Summary

The ServiceNow Product Manager will manage all activities for the ServiceNow product from conception through implementation, support, continual improvement, and innovation. In addition they will be responsible for coordinating software application testing, configuration, installation and quality assurance to ensure smooth, stable and timely deployment of new software and updates to existing applications.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Promotes and evangelizes the platform and product across the enterprise to improve business capabilities and support competitive advantages
  • Evangelizes strategic use cases for new features and emerging products with business leadership
  • Acts as the platform representative and SME to projects and initiatives that leverage the platform
  • Provide day-to-day support and maintenance work. Coordinate support and development efforts
  • Gather feedback for opportunities for system improvements and collaborates with key stakeholders to unify the roadmap vision
  • Administer capabilities to configure ServiceNow to align with IT Service Management policies, processes, and procedures
  • Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow, as well as process automation, and configure notifications
  • Perform upgrades, maintain and manipulate data between ServiceNow and other systems
  • Implement new add-ons, system integrations , and process automation
  • Create dashboards and reports on defined measures, metrics, and key performance indicators
  • Create alerts and notifications using email or other messaging capabilities within the platform

Required Skills

  • 5+ years related experience
  • ServiceNow administrator certification or other servicenow certification
  • ITIL foundations v3 certification or course

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Education

  • Familiarity with agile methodology

Salary Information

The estimated base salary range for this position is $150k to $175k at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
