The HR Assistant provides administrative support for the Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will have exposure to all aspects of HR including, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits & Wellness, Learning & Development, HR Technology & Analytics, HR Operations and Recruiting.
Responsibilities/Duties
Provide administrative support to the HR department / HR leadership team, responsibilities include calendar management, phone coverage, and expense reporting
Coordinate HR meeting and events, including calendar coordination, sending out meeting invitations, booking conference rooms, tracking meeting attendees, and registering guests
Provide HR hotline / phone and mailbox coverage to ensure quality and timely responses; ensure all confidential information is secured
Maintain team intranet and SharePoint sites for optimal user experiences
Assist with departmental communication, correspondence, ad hoc reporting and projects
Respond to general employee inquiries and escalate to appropriate parties as necessary
Maintain organization of HR's shared office space and stock all office materials (e.g. pens, binders, clips printer paper, FedEx envelopes etc.)
Perform other duties, projects and responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills
Working knowledge of MS Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms and SharePoint required
Strong oral, written and verbal communication skills; excellent follow up skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of collaboration tools: Zoom, Microsoft Team
Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines
Ability to use tact and discretion and maintain utmost confidentiality of personnel information
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service at all times; exercise courtesy and diplomacy with Firm personnel and representatives outside of the company
Highly dependable and demonstrated consistent, effective administrative and clerical performance for the accomplishment of responsibilities and defined objectives.
Strong administrative and data management skills

One plus years previous administrative experience
Previous relevant experience working in Human Resources
Required Education
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary Information
The estimated base salary range for this position is $55k to $65k at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is non-exempt meaning that it is overtime pay eligible.
